Before entering Black fathom Deeps, kill Blackfathom Tide Priestess until they drop the Damp Note, which starts Allegiance to the Old Gods(Part 1), which leads to Allegiance to the Old Gods (Part 2)

Inside the instance:

Once in Blackfathom Deeps, talk to Argent Guard Thaelrid to start Blackfathom Villainy

Dungeon 1 vs Dungeon 2 Armor Sets

The following instructions work for upgrading all Dungeon 1 Armor sets to Dungeon 2 Armor Sets. I used Lightforge and Soulforge because that is what I use as a Paladin.

Lightforge Bracers can be purchased from the Auction House.

Soulforge Bracers are obtained by upgrading the Lighforge Bracers by completing the An Earnest Proposition quest given by Deliana in Ironforge.

I was able to start the upgrade quest at level 58.

Lightforge Belt can be purchased from the Auction House.

Lightforge Gauntlets can be purchased from the Auction House.

To upgrade the Lightforge Belt and Lightforge Gaunlets to Soulforge Belt and Soulforge Gauntlets talk to Deliana in the Throne Room area of Ironforge to start Quest: A Supernatural Device, which leads to The Ectoplasmic Distiller, which leads to Hunting for Ectoplasm, which leads to A Portable Power Source, which leads to A Shifty Merchant, which leads to Return to Deliana, which leads to Just Compensation

Uldaman Quests

Go to The Maker’s Terrace in the Badlands and kill Shadowforge Diggers, Shadowforge Ruffians and Shadowforge Surveyors until the drop a Shattered Necklace. Go to the Mystic Ward in Ironforge and give the Shattered Necklace to Talvash del Kissel to start Lore for a Price, which leads to Back to Uldaman

Go to the Hall of Explorers in Ironforge and talk to Prospector Stormpike to start The Lost Dwarves

Go to the Hall of Explorers in Iron forge and talk to Krom Stoutarm to start Reclaimed Treasures

Go to the Mirage Raceway in Shimmering Flats and talk to Fizzle Brassbolts to start Salt Flat Venom and Wizzle Brassbolts to start Hardened Shells. Once you have completed these quests, Fizzle Brassbolts will offer Martek the Exiled. Take Fizzle Brassbolts’ Letter to Martek the Exiled in the Badlands to start Indurium, which leads to News for Fizzle. Next talk to Pozzik to start Keeping Pace, which leads to Rizzle's Schematic, which leads to Indurium Ore.

Go to Hammertoe’s Dig Site in the Badlands and obtain the Crumpled Map found on the ground at 53,33 and take it to Prospector Ryedol to start A Sign of Hope

Go to Thelsamar in Loch Modan and talk to Ghak Healtouch to start Badlands Reagent Run, which leads to Uldaman Reagent Run

Go to the Valley of Fangs in the Badlands and talk to Rigglefuzz to start Power Stones

Go to Ironband’s Excavation Site in Loch Modan and talk to Prospector Ironband to start Agmond’s Fate

Go to Agmond’s End in the Badlands and talk to Theldurin the Lost to start Solution to Doom

How to get a Carrot on a Stick

Go to the Mirage Raceway area of Shimmering Flats in Thousand Needles and speak with Wizzle Brassbolts to start the Gahz'rilla quest.

Head to the Altar of Zul area of the Hinterlands and kill Qiaga the Keeper who will drop the Sacred Mallet

Take the Sacred Mallet to the top of the Jintha'alor area in the Hinterlands and use it on the alter near the Vile Hexx Priestess

Doing so will convert the Sacred Mallet into the Mallet of Zul'Farrak

Take the Mallet of Zul'Farrak to the Zul’Farrak instance and Gong the Zul'Farrak Gong, which will summon Gahz'rilla.

Kill Gahz'rilla who will drop Gahz’rilla’s Electrofied Scale

Go to the Mirage Raceway area of Shimmering Flats in Thousand Needles and give Gahz’rilla’s Electrofied Scale to Wizzle Brassbolts to receive the Carrot on a Stick
